I typically handle these affairs for my family, but since I was on shift, my wife attempted to work with Corey and subsequently Bobby at Patriot GMC in Bartlesville. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating from the start. The salesperson, Corey, repeatedly misspelled her name, made inappropriate personal comments, and spoke to her in a condescending manner. When she was passed off to Bobby, the sales manager, the situation didn’t improve. Despite multiple requests, she never received an out-the-door pricing sheet, and the poor communication and lack of urgency made the entire process exhausting. If you value professionalism and efficiency, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

BUYERS BEWARE! ⚠️⚠️ STOLEN VEHICLE!! We are extremely disappointed with our experience. This dealership “purchased” our trade-in vehicle over a month ago but has yet to pay it off—even though they’ve already sold it to someone else.
