This dealership “purchased” our trade-in vehicle over a month ago but has yet to pay it off—even though they’ve already sold it to someone else. We were issued a 10-day temporary tag, which has now expired, and still have not received the title for the new vehicle we purchased. They also promised wiring for the tow hitch and a second key fob, neither of which have been provided. Meanwhile, we’re still being billed for a loan on the vehicle we traded in, and no loan has even been set up for the new one. To make matters worse, they’ve been dodging calls and refusing to take any accountability—making no effort to resolve these serious issues. This is completely unacceptable! We are already in process of taking legal action.

BUYERS BEWARE!

BUYERS BEWARE! ⚠️⚠️ STOLEN VEHICLE!! We are extremely disappointed with our experience. This dealership “purchased” our trade-in vehicle over a month ago but has yet to pay it off—even though they’ve already sold it to someone else. We were issued a 10-day temporary tag, which has now expired, and still have not received the title for the new vehicle we purchased. They also promised wiring for the tow hitch and a second key fob, neither of which have been provided. Meanwhile, we’re still being billed for a loan on the vehicle we traded in, and no loan has even been set up for the new one. To make matters worse, they’ve been dodging calls and refusing to take any accountability—making no effort to resolve these serious issues. This is completely unacceptable! We are already in process of taking legal action.

Mark was great!

Mark was great! He listened to everything I wanted, allowed me to test drive a newer model of the vehicle I liked, and didn't push when I ultimately went for the older model. The previous salesperson left me in a bind and Mark made sure that I left a fully satisfied customer.

I typically handle these affairs for my family, but since I was on shift, my wife attempted to work with Corey and subsequently Bobby at Patriot GMC in Bartlesville. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating from the start. The salesperson, Corey, repeatedly misspelled her name, made inappropriate personal comments, and spoke to her in a condescending manner. When she was passed off to Bobby, the sales manager, the situation didn’t improve. Despite multiple requests, she never received an out-the-door pricing sheet, and the poor communication and lack of urgency made the entire process exhausting. If you value professionalism and efficiency, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Corey, what can I say, I live around 6 and a half hrs away and was very hesitant to do a deal so far away. Corey made the entire process amazing, price and trade in were top of anyone else and no hidden fees like those other dealerships.
